Business Owner A has been running your business , a florist shop , for the past 20 years .
The daily routine has been open shop at 9.00 AM .
Wait for potential customers to visit her shop to choose the type of flower arrangements before making their orders.
Upon getting her first order and collecting payment , she gets busy making the flower arrangement to meet the delivery deadline.
She then hops into her car with the flowers and off she goes to hunt for the destination where she is supposed to send the flowers to.
While she is out delivering the flowers she has to have someone manning her shop just to keep her shop open for potential customers to come in and make their orders.
Come full circle – she scrambles back to her shop after the delivery.
When the day is done – she closes the shop at 5.00 PM if she is contented with her sales for that day.
Then comes the same routine the next day ….to wait for orders !

Business Owner B has been running your business , florist shop , for the past 20 years.- but turned her business online 5 years ago .
She still open your shop from 9 AM to 5 PM
She does not have to wait for customers to come into her shop as they can make their orders and payments online on her website.
She can start making flower arrangements based on the order made on your website.
As usual , she delivers the flowers but she do not need someone to man her shop while she is out delivering the flowers.
She returns to her shop after she has delivered the flowers and yet she may find another order sitting at your computer .
Of course when the day is done – she goes home at 5.00 PM confident that customers still can make orders online.
Then comes the next morning – perhaps already with an order in hand !
